Fantasy
My Nanowrimo novel from November 2006, edited. Read at risk of extreme silliness! A group of unlikely heroes must save their world from the evil wizard Mordor. Can they do so, or will they fall on their faces
"Five lands bound by royal blood. Five lands shattered by a root, followed by eternal night. One who commands the stars shall come out of the East, yet seemingly from the West. Starlight counters the darkness. The wanderers will find their home, but not without betrayal and strife. If the betrayer is strong enough, the five lands will be overtaken. But if the one who commands the stars travels to the sun, a way to defeat the darkness may still be found."
So says an ancient and obscure prophecy. What is its connection to the recent attempted assassination of King Ulven, the thief who unwittingly delivered the poison, and the group of adventurers that she meets while on the run?

Science Fiction
A collection of several short sci-fi stories I wrote. One of them was published in an online zine a while back.
Captain Kilroy March is lost and lands on a distant planet to refuel and make repairs. When he discovers the planet has an anti-aging secret, he decides to find out what causes it. Cosmo Galaxius is trying to find a cure for the memory loss that plagues most of the older colonists, including himself. Then Kilroy's ship, the Copernicus, is stolen by Mitzelgran's natives as he meets Cosmo's twin sons, Hamlet and Horatio.
Later, they meet an adventurer and archaeologist named Infinity Armstrong. She needs their help to explore some ruins deep below the Mitzelgranian mines, which may be the long-lost tower of the ancient psionicists that the natives are descended from, and which may hold treasures of incredible knowledge and wealth.
